Solar Eclipse - Shirley Panu

Shirley Panu is the drummer and a backup vocalist for Solar Eclipse. She has a TAMA Rockstar drumset with Zildjian and Sabian cymbals.

Shirley works as a professional figure skating coach and she is also a licensed professional counselor. She has earned the U. S. Figure Skating gold medal in
ice dancing.

She graduated magna cum laude and Dean's Honors from the University of Missouri. Shirley has a Master's degree in Education with an emphasis in
Counseling. She is also a National Board Certified Counselor and National Certified Sports Counselor.

Shirley is no stranger to the public. Some of her professional credits include Cinderella on Ice at the St. Louis Muny Opera, promotional work for Hardees and
Venture stores during St. Louis Blues hockey games, promotional articles and print work for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Suburban Journals and St. Louis
Magazine. Shirley also worked as a sports correspondent for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch at the U.S. Olympic Festival. She appeared worldwide in an
advertisement for Trans World Airlines. Shirley was the 2000 winner of Glamour Magazine and Saturn's Women At Their Best Award. She is the proud mother
of her daughter, Michele.

In her spare time, Shirley enjoys meeting people, learning foreign languages and playing with her three dogs.
